NOXU Music Group Partners with Turntable for Social Music Streaming

At NOXU Music Group, we’re always looking for fresh ways to connect artists with fans and create unique listening experiences. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Turntable, an innovative social music streaming service.

Turntable is all about building communities around shared musical experiences. The platform allows users to join virtual “rooms” or “dancefloors” to listen to songs together with others. But it’s more than just passive listening – Turntable makes it an interactive party.

In each Turntable room, users can vote to skip or keep the current track, request upcoming songs, chat with other listeners, share memes and GIFs, and even take turns DJing from the virtual DJ booth. If enough listeners dislike a track, it automatically advances to the next song in the queue.

This creates exciting opportunities for our NOXU artists and DJs. They can host their own listening rooms, spin tracks, and engage directly with fans. Imagine an artist DJing their latest album release while chatting with supporters in real-time! Turntable facilitates that direct connection.

The service will be streaming-only to start, with no full album/song downloads. But a brilliant feature allows users to hover over the DJ booth and access links to other platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and online stores to purchase music they discover.

Turntable is launching globally, though initial user base is expected to be largely in the US and Europe. Room sizes will depend on the DJ/host’s subscription tier.

We can’t wait to see how NOXU artists utilize this innovative platform to create unforgettable shared listening experiences for fans. The possibilities are endless – from album release parties to remixrooms to music festival pre-shows. We’re ecstatic to be an early partner with Turntable and explore this new frontier in social music streaming together!
